Return & Refund Policy
Stitch Haven accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return or exchange.
Eligible Items
Only regular-priced merchandise and unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return or exchange. Sale items, gift cards, downloadable products, and items that show signs of use or washing are not eligible unless the issue is due to our error.
Refund Method
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Credit or debit card refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the replacement item is of greater value, the price difference must be paid at the time the exchange is processed.

All items purchased through our website are subject to this same return policy, even if products were discovered through Instagram, Pinterest, or other social media platforms. Stitch Haven does not process returns directly through Pinterest or any social media platform.
Damaged or Defective Items

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
